Newmark Knight Frank Extended Market Coverage Group works with multi-plant firms across the country, which are looking to expand, relocate, or sell their operations. We maintain a database of industrial properties 40,000 square feet and greater and located in secondary and tertiary markets, so that we can provide our clients with studies of available facilities that may meet their requirements. As such, we want to make sure that, if there is any space available or coming available in a community, we have the information to present to our clients. Additionally, clients rely on us to help with valuations of their real estate in these outlying areas. Tracking sold and/or leased properties in these areas allows us to provided best-in-class recommendations for our clients thus deepening our relationship with them.
