This role is situated within Heraeus Medical Components (HMC), a global business unit of Heraeus. HMC is a leading contract development and manufacturing partner to medical device manufacturers in cardiac rhythm management, vascular access & delivery, neuromodulation, and biosensors for wearable health solutions. 

Reporting to the Global Head of Commercial Operations, the Sr. Sales Operations Analyst role is critical to developing sales operations excellence at HMC. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with building or developing sales operations processes and reporting. This candidate will also have previous experience working with CRM and ERP systems within a global organization. The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst role is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally curious and eager to drive process improvement and change within a dynamic and fast-evolving organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develops reporting and dashboards to capture sales trends, leading or lagging KPIs, and other data to assist with business decisions for the greater sales organization (marketing, account management, business development, customer service & customer experience)
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly sales pipeline and contract compliance reporting
  • Partners with finance, engineering, and operations to assess and develop process changes which promote accuracy in our monthly and quarterly forecasting
  • Handles projects for enhancements related to sales operations' processes improvements, system upgrades and user experience initiatives
  • Drives data architecture changes and supports the technical roll out of system enhancements, tools and testing for commercial operations
  • Develops training materials to support implementation and adoption of new sales processes and system enhancements
  • Acts as a subject-matter expert for Salesforce, monitors new releases and trailhead documentation to ensure Heraeus stays current with new technology and best practices
  • Manages ad hoc projects and deliverables supporting Commercial Operations as assigned

What is Required for this Role:

  • BA or BS in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or other data-driven discipline   
  • 4+ years of professional experience conducting quantitative analysis, building dashboards and custom reports  
  • 2+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Management platforms preferred Salesforce or SAP experience
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-minded
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under time-pressured conditions
  • Ability to distill complex data and information into clear insights for Senior Leadership
  • Ability to travel internationally, ranging from 0-20% based on need
