Job Description
SVB Wealth Operations Analysts play a key role in SVB Private Bank exceptional growth. Analysts are responsible for delivering excellent client service using industry, process, and systems expertise to create positive client experiences across all wealth services and solutions. Analysts ensure timely, efficient, and accurate execution while supporting internal business partners and clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; supporting Private Bank Sales & Service, and Operations; establishing and maintaining client accounts; executing client transactions, managing exceptions, researching, and reconciling complex issues; and managing escalations.
This position requires attention to detail, strong computer skills, critical thinking, and ability to perform efficiently and with little oversight. Wealth Operations requires experience successfully managing simultaneous projects and tasks. Analysts must consistently follow all regulations, policies, and procedures. Effective collaboration with Client Management, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Product Management, and others, is required. Primary objectives include error-free execution and high productivity, process improvements, and growing your expertise and industry knowledge.

Client Service
Successful candidates must demonstrate experience in wealth management or similar financial services, critical thinking, and effective communications across functions and organizational levels. This role requires advanced Excel, analytical and data management skills. Analysts must have experience creating, reviewing, and presenting data reports. A thorough understanding of financial services back-office systems and regulations impacting Registered Investment Advisors and Broker-Dealers is also required.
