Sanitation Worker (Finance)
Job Description
Just 65 miles from Center City Philadelphia, Allentown - or Lehigh Valley - is in close proximity to many of the major Northeastern U.S. cities, which makes it an ideal location for manufacturing and distributing consumer goods. We utilize thermal processing and high-speed canning to produce varieties of our Friskies®, Mighty Dog® and Alpo® brands - brands we have carefully produced, packaged and shipped since 1955. You will be responsible for formulation and dispensing of plant cleaning chemicals, as well as disassembly of valves, guards, and various other equipment for sanitation and inspection. You will set-up equipment for production and various other sanitation activities. In a 24-hour production cycle, we conduct 30,000 documented quality checks involving ingredient/packaging, receiving, processing, and packing. That's how much we care.

Basic Qualifications (Minimum):
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience:
6+ months experience in an industrial manufacturing, military or related environment
Preferred:
Experience in sanitation preferred
