Senior Technical Writer (Finance)
Using a Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) methodology and Agile Framework practices, this project delivers development, testing, deployment, and security and operations support for legacy, current, and future CMOP systems integration and software development in a DevSecOps lifecycle. The successful candidate will provide technical writing and editing support to update or create project deliverable documents including project technical documentation, installation, modification, administration support guide, software/system design description, interface requirements/guide, administrative support guide, troubleshooting guide, user/analyst guide, physical and logical layer diagrams, and other necessary project documentation. The quality candidate must have extensive experience demonstrated knowledge and experience with but not limited to; Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and Microsoft SharePoint to support project documentation
Position Responsibilities:
Editing narrative and graphic products to identify and correct grammatical formatting and logic errors and to identify logical inconsistencies that will require author attention.
Meeting with analysts and other team representatives to review documents, compile inputs/corrections, resolve incompatible comments, and provide final publishable documentation.
Participating in project planning activities, scrum, stand-up meetings, and routine briefings.
Recording meeting minutes and translates them into after-action reporting.
Develop products tailored to senior technical and non-technical audiences to include business partners.
Explaining in simple language scientific and technical ideas that are difficult for the average reader to understand.
Develop end-user technical procedure documents, standard operating procedures (SOP), concept of operations (CONOPS), strategic planning presentations, training materials, and reports of both a routine and time-critical nature.
Conducting detailed technical research and seamlessly integrate it in support of CMOP product development
