Job Description
The Sales Enablement Program Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high impact sales training and tools that are experiential, drive behavior change, and increase performance of SVBs client-facing teams. The ideal candidate is: - An experienced sales practitioner who can serve as a trusted advisor and coach to client-facing teams - Self-driven and passionate about understanding our sales teams needs and creating agile learning experiences - A natural storyteller, information architect, and UX strategist - Passionate about learning new sales enablement best practices, standards, innovations, materials, tools and/or processes to support the Sales Enablement charter - Comfortable applying agile development methodologies to maintain iterative enablement content that evolve with the needs of a dynamic sales team Responsibilities include: - Drive the development, implementation, adoption, and management of the sales enablement roadmap - Work with sales leadership to prioritize and define strategic and intervention role-based enablement initiatives - Design blended enablement programs that drive sales productivity for client-facing executives (CFEs), including developing sales playbooks that translate go to market strategies and messaging into actionable training and tools - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product, marketing and sales operations on end to end training design and build - Deliver sales skills, process, tools, and domain training to CFEs utilizing varied delivery approaches, including in person, virtual-instructor led, self-paced, and on the job coaching - Train, coach and enable sales managers to effectively engage with and maximize the productivity of their teams - Measure, track, report on enablement effectiveness (NPS, Adoption, Confidence, Engagement, Performance) Skills to be successful: - Dynamic professional with outstanding written, presentation, and visual communication skills - Understands sales process and practices - Easily builds and maintains relationships with subject matter experts and key stakeholders - Experienced at establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment - Able to incorporate blended learning strategies, including experiential learning, online learning, gaming, mobile applications and social collaboration into learning offerings - Grounded in data and comfortable using data to uncover opportunities, measure impact and drive decision making Demonstrated education and experience: - Bachelor's degree, preferred - Certification in Adult Learning or Instructional Design, preferred but not required - 5+ years' experience in sales training/enablement, required - Direct sales and/or sales management experience, preferred but not required - Experience working in Banking/ Financial Services or Technology companies, preferred, not required
