Executive Director (Finance)
Working with the Board of Directors to fulfill the mission of the Association.
Planning multiple conferences annually, with estimated attendance of 400+ attendees per event.
Managing and directing the member training program.
Managing finances, including submission of proposed annual budget and operating within the approved budget.
Overseeing and implementing appropriate resources to ensure effective operations of the association, including supervision of one staff member.
Ensuring effective communication with current and prospective Association members, the Board of Directors, state agencies, and related associations.
Alerting the Board of Directors of legislation affecting the Association, and assisting the Board of Directors with advocacy support, as directed.
