Regulatory Compliance Counsel (Legal)
Proterra seeks an experienced attorney to provide critical advice and counsel on FMVSS, NHTSA oversight and reporting, regulation of battery electric vehicles at the state and federal level, including the FTA Bus Testing Program, Buy America compliance, and health, welfare and safety regulations for US manufacturers. The position is a collaborative partner with Proterra's engineering, operations, customer service and human resource organizations, and reports to the Chief Legal Officer.
