Position Title: Business Analyst III, Leasing Strategy and Optimization (P3)

Role

The Business Analyst III, Leasing Strategy and Optimization will work with in Site Optimization, Assessment, and Readiness collaboratively with cross-functional team members to gather, analyze, compile, and assess data related to current site conditions.  These responsibilities and deliverables should lead to business insights and enhance operational and customer analytics, leading to increased revenue and greater efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Process and project manage Site Assessment Requests from Commercial Sales team
  • Guide Commercial Sales by compiling and utilizing asset, real estate, and customer specific data to provide feedback and solutions
  • Analyze Commercial Sales, Project Delivery, and other Functional Team needs, identify risks and acceptable solutions to business problems
  • Leads the process of examining, interpreting, and presenting solutions to Commercial Sales
  • Play a key role in providing predictive and prescriptive analytics to the organization, leading and engaging partnership with Commercial Sales
  • Extract and analyze large amounts of complex data and investigates and researches anomalies, makes recommendations on resolution around anomalies
  • Adhere to sound data-governance and forward-looking data visualization
  • Collaborate and consult on automation of Site Assessment process and its connection to Tower Order and Data Governance
  • Collaborate with Site Optimization Assessment & Readiness (SOAR) leadership to provide feedback around performance of Functional Teams, Tower Order, Data Governance, Project Delivery, and Commercial Sales
  • Curate and facilitate individual and team training on systems and processes for SOAR, Commercial Sales, Project Delivery, and other Functional Teams
  • Collaboration with SOAR leadership to promote site assessment products and solutions to Commercial Sales

Expectations 

  •  Excellent communication skills, and the ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management teams
  •  Knowledge of CCISites, Excel, Microsoft Power Applications, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
  •  Knowledge and application of Project Management principles
  •  Demonstrated ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Collaborative and data driven with strong analytical and technical skills
  •  Ability to continuously prioritize long-term plans with short-term urgent response needs
  •  Creative and innovative thinker with an ability to translate large, complex data into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Ability to influence conversations and work through building of relationships, thoughtful framing of issues, and building influence through excellent work

Education/Certifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field

Experience/Minimum Requirements  

  • Five (5)+ years' of work experience with a proven data and analytical-driven mindset and track record for analyzing moderately complex problems and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
  • Five (5)+ years' of wireless/tower industry experience within data analytics and/or project management preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively on multiple complex requests/projects in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) required
  • Strong experience with data mining principles and tools, including knowledge of predictive analytics and mapping required

  Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).
