JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the Banc's payroll department function, service delivery, and compliance. You will lead the day to day operations as a hands on leader of our payroll process, reporting, filings, communication, and supporting our employee experience initiatives. Ensuring our process and calculations are up to date with Banc policies, federal, state, and local guidelines. Participate in implementation and optimization of systems/processes. Performs all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
