Digital Solutions Project Manager - Aurora, IL (Sales)
Position Summary
Digital Solutions Project Manager will directly support the GM of Sales Development to accelerate MAC's digital solutions strategy and drive continued alignment across management, Business/Sales departments, and ITs. Digital Solutions Manager will support the development of a cohesive narrative on MAC's digital direction, through strategic thought leadership informed by external and internal research collaborating across the Business/Sales departments and IT.
The Digital Solutions Manager will work together with software development staff internally or externally, continuous enhancement and operational support of software solutions using a variety of technologies, including the consolidation and support of cross-functional IT systems.
While MAC has been innovating and reinventing itself, digital transformation is a part of challenges in the company for not only manufacturing but also business processes to enhance the productivity and the services' quality.
Digital Solutions Manager focuses on developing, shaping, and executing MAC's digital strategy of Lead generation and Customer Success, and bringing teams together to execute a unified program.

Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Research and evangelize industry best practices in digital strategy and execution approaches across the Sales Development, increasing alignment on strategic capabilities, priorities, and opportunities for the Customer Success and Lead Generation, collaboration, and optimization.
2. Collate and share market research working with Sales departments and ITs internally as well as industry partners externally, across the using organization clear verbal, written or visual communications to get buy-in for new ideas and drive business direction.
3. Support GM of Sales Development to ensure the digital strategy is well-understood is by key stakeholders in business and similarly business strategy by stakeholders in IT, both driving long-term success and managing business risk effectively.
4. Build transparency and objective measurement of productivity and performance in partnership with the Inside Sales and Customer Success to demonstrate the value of the Sales Development through the definition of productivity metrics and business value measures.
5. Identify, propose, and initiate IT-oriented process improvement activities within Sales Development, ensuring that they have a measurable effect on cost efficiency and process effectiveness, with associated benefits to the business.
6. Take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organization change.
7. Engage with vendors to understand third-party software life cycles and upgrade paths to input into MAC digital solutions strategy.
8. Identify and manage the resources necessary for all stages (planning, estimation, execution) of solution development projects, ensuring that technical, financial and quality targets are met.
9. Monitor and report on the progress of development projects, ensuring that projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures (including secure software development).

Supervisory Responsibilities:
While this position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, it entails a crucial role as a Project Manager. The Digital Solutions Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional task forces and project teams, guiding and supervising team members throughout project lifecycles to ensure successful outcomes. This leadership role demands strong project management skills and the ability to inspire and coordinate diverse teams towards achieving project goals.
Work Environment: Office Environment
Physical Demands: The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
Monday – Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Flexible work hours required on a periodic basis.
Travel: Travel annually for National Sales Meeting.
Required Education and Experience: Four-year degree or equivalent education; MBA preferred with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience at a consulting firm or in related position (corporate strategy, planning departments, reporting C-level executives, etc.) and with a minimum of 2-4 Marketing experiences, with 8-10 years of total experience.
