Manitowoc Cranes* is now hiring Painters at its Remanufacturing facility in Bauxite, AR.
As a Painter, you will prepare a variety of components to enable a quality paint finish and apply paint finish and decals per work instructions to fulfill quality initiatives and customer expectations. You will be expected to support all company programs such as Lean, 5S, TPR, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS
High school diploma or general education degree required.
Must be able to work second shift after training period
Considerable skill required in the use of various types of paint to obtain automotive standard finishes.
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, compute rates, ratios and percentages.
Must be able to create/interpret various data collection tools.
Must have good communication skills and pay attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision and be able to work with others in a team environment.
Must be able to obtain Company certification to operate overhead cranes, jib hoists, and industrial forklift.
Must follow all established safety rules and procedures.

This position is located on the production shop floor, in multiple buildings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use tools or controls. The employee is frequently required to stand, reach, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Incumbent will work in a typical paint environment including the use of solvents, adhesives, hydraulic oil, petroleum products, etc.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
