High School Diploma Preferred
Minimum age of 21
Experience with children
2 years supervisory experience
Program development and leadership skills
Strong public relations and communication skills
LEARN & PLAY COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct leadership to the following programs and services: Learn & Play, Kids Zone, Rock Wall, PEAK and Birthday Parties
Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of all staff for designated program areas.
Complete and post monthly staff schedules.
Order and maintain all supplies
Insure curriculum and enrichment are being followed by staff in all program areas.
Complete scheduled shifts and fill in as needed
Insure that all policies are enforced and tasks delegated as needed.
Attend all required trainings and staff meetings.
Respond to all questions and concerns brought forth by staff and members.
Assist in the constant evaluation of all procedures, systems and services.
Communicate with parents in all program areas.
Responsible for the care, safety and supervision of all participants.
Records monthly and annual reports on programs
Interacts with participants
Insures the proper use and cleanliness of all facilities.
Be aggressive in creating new program ideas.
Report any problems or concern to the Youth Director.
