We are seeking a Patient Access Representative Ambulatory - Float to:
Minimum – High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred – Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field
Minimum – One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field
Preferred – One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.

Full-time, 100%FTE. Scheduled hours Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM. Home base is Park St, Floats schedule may vary depending on operational needs.
Responsible for covering Central ,West and occasionally East Clinic locations. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the department.
