Director Process Engineering (Architecture)
This position will provide comprehensive support to Proterra's Vice President of Operations and other site leadership team members. You will be responsible for the design and development of processes for Proterra's Battery Manufacturing lines. The position is responsible for leading and managing battery module and pack assembly line automation and processes –they champion equipment and processes for vertical integration initiatives. The role will include collaboration with both internal and external partners, taking a strong cross-functional leadership role ensuring that the factory can achieve a required capacity of batteries to be used by Proterra's customers.
