Job Description:

Epiq is currently looking for a Project Manager (Document Management Systems). Recently acquired by Epiq, Fireman and Company works with large law firms and corporate legal departments to deliver Document Management services through innovative technology and governance solutions.  We are the current iManage Large Law Firm Partner of the Year and much of our practice revolves around the industry-leading iManage portfolio of technologies.  We have great clients, a strong book of business and established, mature methodologies to deliver successful projects.  We are also a tightly-knit team of very talented professionals who enjoy what we do!  

Responsibilities 

• Project manage a diverse portfolio of technical implementation projects by coordinating priorities, resources, deliverables and communications.
• Understand and carefully manage our project budgets to both maximize our revenues and deliver value to our clients.
• Cultivate our culture of responsiveness, collaboration, professionalism and enthusiasm within the DM practice.
• Closely collaborate with practice and project leadership to develop realistic timelines, staffing and deliverables for new projects.
• Learn new skills beyond project management and become an integral part of project delivery for our teams as needed (“willingness to get your hands dirty”).
• Contribute to the Document Management Practice by developing new tools, methodologies and deliverables.
• Support the DM practice lead in general administration of the practice (project onboarding, reporting, resource management, sales administration, etc.).
• Support DM practice lead in business development opportunities, including client pitches, budget/SOW development and marketing efforts,

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in the legal industry, including demonstrated experience with project budgeting.
• Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects. 
• Oral, written communication and presentation skills which provide a strong and confident leadership presence.  
• Demonstrated ability ensuring effective control of all aspects of a project from initial planning, the development of project plans through final production.
• We hire globally, but you must be available to work reasonable “adjusted” East Coast business hours as needed.
• Familiarity with Asana.
• Ability to align work hours with East Coast business hours as needed.

Compensation Range

76,436.00 - 114,653.00 USD Annual
