S3 Inc. is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support projects on Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Position Description: The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst performs FMS programmatic and technical support and detailed analytical functions for the International Programs Directorate, FMS Division at the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office. Position will be primarily focused on FMS new case development and execution but will also include financial reconciliation and case closure. Duties entail: assisting in preparing price and availability (P&A) data and planning and budget estimates for proposed cases; developing and consolidating P&A information for all elements of the case; coordinating with other government intra and inter agencies to analyze and determine status of FMS cases; providing customer focused service internally and externally; performing data research and data analyses, providing recommendations for viable financial reconciliation; providing technical and programmatic support during government, and contractor program reviews for the resolution of programmatic issues that affect the specific FMS case. Travel will be required- 10%.
Experience/Skills Required : Two (2) years Direct FMS experience; one (1) year experience in developing and coordinating Price and Availability Data; one (1) year experience in the development of overall budget estimates for FMS cases; one (1) year experience in support to government and contractor program reviews; and, two (2) years of experience coordinating with other government agencies and organizations. Knowledge of FMS financial reconciliation and case closure procedures also required.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree and eight years of relevant functional experience or a HS diploma and an additional three years of experience for a total of 11 years.
Security Clearance Required: Have an active Secret Clearance.
