Parts Coordinator (Chilco) (Manufacturing)
Idaho Forest Group is currently seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our Chilco mill. Assists in receiving and inventory of parts.
Essential Functions:
• Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs
• Ensure parts are available for scheduled work
• Receive inventory/parts, attach work orders to relevant parts, process receiving paperwork
• Update work orders from Dynastar Maintenance System as parts are received
• Package and ship out repairs/returns in timely manner – adjust inventory level to reflect part out or returned, complete PR for quote paperwork and pull any returns from file folder
• Produce and report Purchasing KPI's for supervisor
• Keep working areas clean
• Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum two years of experience
• Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dynastar
• Maintenance or purchasing background
• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to quickly obtain one as a condition of employment)
• Valid Driver's License is highly preferred

Physical Requirements:
Move safely, quickly, and perform duties with repetitious movement. Sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs. Must be able to tolerate all weather elements, loud conditions, vibrations and airborne particles (sawdust).
