POSITION SUMMARY:
Due to an internal promotion, Morgan Corporation has an opportunity available for a Warehouse and Distribution Manager. The Warehouse and Distribution Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the warehouse and 3 rd party warehouse providers. This position is held accountable for achieving overall operating results consistent with the company goals. The Manager directs communication and collaboration with the customers of the warehouse (local and regional) and develops a quality organization that meets the company expectations for reliability, speed, accuracy and safety. In addition, the manager oversees the recruiting, training, development and coaching of all warehouse team members.
