This is an active position, requiring the ability to repetitively lift cases of beverage products, kneel, bend, and reach above the shoulders and head, and move around to different locations within the assigned area, all while working safely, quickly, and accurately to meet customer expectations and company targets.
We offer competitive pay, beginning at $16.00 per hour plus shift differential for 2nd shift.
Shift is typically Monday - Friday, 4:30 pm until finished for the night.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Warehouse Lead will work alongside with and lead a team to safely and efficiently perform a variety of duties within PBV's warehouse operations to support both internal and external customers and meet business goals and demands. Duties will include pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, building pallets, wrapping, transporting, counting, performing quality control checks, dumping, rework, replenishing, and otherwise handling of PBV products, raw materials, packaging, and other warehouse goods and materials
JOB DUTIES:
• Provides support to leadership by the monitoring of the day-to-day activities within the warehouse operations.
• Completes required documentation accurately.
• Operates forklift to move product within warehouse.
• Performs all housekeeping duties for the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience required. Must have excellent leadership and communication skills (both oral and written). Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification. Must have the ability to work with numbers and be detail-oriented. Must have the ability to do physical labor. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Frequently (34%-66%) required to lift up to 50 pounds and sit. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to walk and stand.
Must be able to speak and read English.
