Work in close cooperation of R&D & Industrialization to support new OCTG connections and improvement projects throughout the organization
Working in close cooperation with the Process Community Finishing and the other NA operation facilities
Act as a liaison between R&D, industrialization, and production for the finishing and threading processes
Improve process performance by improving the CNC programming methodology
Support continuous improvement of consumables (i.e. tooling and inserts)
Support the qualification of new vendors
Support Operations to resolve process problems and coordinate with technical groups to improve performance
Active participant in performance improvements
Work with and communicate with Premium Connection department in North America
Lead the identification, development, and implementation of quality loops. Lead Continuous Improvement Team(s)
Manage projects and coordinate teams at several USA locations. Travel regularly between these locations
Must follow all company policies, practices, and regulations to include Safety and Quality

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields
5+ years of pipe/steel industry experience is preferred or relevant experience in a related industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Process management and CNC Programming
Management of projects and manufacturing background
Experienced in the implementation of Manufacturing Process Control
Ability to apply manufacturing process control techniques and/or lean manufacturing experience required
