Job Description for Genesys Platform – KORE project:
- Genesys Operations skills (triaging incident, collecting and analyzing logs, raising incidents with Genesys).
- Strong knowledge across the following technical skills; Genesys 8.x., SIP Server & GVP, Genesys Orchestration, Genesys eServices and reporting.
- Ability to work across Windows and Linux OS environments.
- Perform technical assessment of the design, architecture, setup, configuration, integration of a deployed production Genesys system in collaboration with IVR Architect.
- Hands - on experience on installation, upgrade and deployment of Genesys applications.
- Experience in working in agile ways of working.
- Support the Scrum team on technical tasks throughout all sprints and deployment planning
- Excellent communication skills and should be able to lead the team
