Executive Assistant to CEO (Finance)
Responsibilities Include:
Inbox Management: Draft and respond to emails on CEO's behalf when appropriate, organize incoming emails, alert CEO of time sensitive correspondences or matters that need his attention immediately, etc.
Maintain calendar and scheduling for CEO for all professional and personal events/meetings.
Support the CEO's preparation efforts for meetings, including but not limited to: creating meeting agendas, tracking meeting minutes, take detail meeting notes, follow up on meeting action items, etc.
Provide general personal support, including but not limited to: coordinating personal appointments, reservations, travel coordination, etc.
Proactively evaluate and manage the needs of the CEO
Attend key daily meetings and interviews
Handle personal research and requests
Plan and execute senior team meetings, offsite meetings, and company-wide events
Job Requirements:
2+ years experience supporting a C-level executive in a fast growing, innovative company
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Experience using Outlook and G-Suite
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
Availability outside of normal business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Superior written and verbal skills
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all situations
Ability to prioritize workload efficiently
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quick changing environment
