What we do:
The The Enforcement, Litigation, Investigations, and Corporate Affairs division handles all litigation for the Bank and pursues regulatory enforcement investigations and actions against financial institutions in the Second Federal Reserve District. The division conducts investigations of internal Bank matters and advises on employment law issues related to human resources (including diversity, equal employment opportunity, benefits, and employee relations), immigration, records management, tax compliance, public information, and corporate governance.
Your role as Labor Counsel:
You will have expertise in labor law for this rewarding opportunity as an attorney in the Corporate Affairs unit of our in-house Legal Group. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a legal practice in a congenial environment.
