LTSCP Director (Finance)
The NAM LTIP Dir will secure the launch and execution of power of 2 and industrial transformation projects in NAM
As such, he/she is responsible for:
- Monitor and optimize the manufacturing footprint to setup rational supply chain (where we build/where we sell, regionalization,)
- Support long term supply chain strategic decisions making and provide leadership and direction to project teams to implement those decisions
- Manage BCP projects portfolio and hold meeting with GSC, LoBs and BCP project team to report on project progress
- Follow up BCP projects execution including planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating all activities related to an ongoing project
- Track the performance of BCP and footprint transformation to ensure we achieve goals and objectives (saving, CSC, O2 reduction and productivity,...)
- Regular review CAMA and investment plan with factories to ensure we sufficient capacity supporting regional growth ambition
Requirements (Education/ experience/Soft Skills)
Engineering degree ideally completed with a business education (MBA)
Experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product development is required
- Experience in manufacturing processes and industrial strategy is mandatory in similar domains (automotive, electrical industries, etc.)
- Management : comfortable with Matrix, multicultural & Functional management, experience of direct management of large and remote/international teams is mandatory.
- Required : Electronic knowledge, Automation expertise
