The Washington University in St. Louis "Campus Y" presents an extraordinary opportunity for an exceptional candidate to transform the lives of college students by connecting campus to community. The Director of Outreach and Specialty Programs is a career track position with the Gateway Region YMCA, working in a close and historic partnership with Washington University in St. Louis.
The Director of Outreach and Specialty Programs at the Campus Y is responsible for facilitating the success of students and participants in student orientation small-group experiences, employment programs, and community outreach programs, and any others assigned by the Executive Director. This position also serves as the contact for administrative policy implementation, reporting and recording activities.
The Director will work with a small, close-knit team in an entrepreneurial environment that celebrates creative thinking and a student member-centered approach. This position reports to the Executive Director. This position works closely with the Washington University in St. Louis Gephardt Institute for Civic and Community Engagement, First Year Center, and the Division of Student Affairs. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining key community partnerships, including important partnerships within the Gateway Region YMCA.

Compensation:
