Position Summary
This is a critical time for policing and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) is at the forefront, working to engage communities and promote leading policing practices. The IACP is dedicated to enhancing the policing profession through new initiatives, advocacy, and member services that bring innovation, promising practices, and training to the field. The association is seeking individuals with the passion, energy, and commitment to dedicate their professional efforts towards moving the field of policing forward. We seek to hire a Customer Service Coordinator I to support the development and delivery of IACPnet subscription-based resources. This position supports IACP's work by providing excellent customer service to users and stakeholders to ensure IACPnet is an effective and easily accessible online resource for police professionals.
