Job Summary
The Plaintiff Fact Sheet (PFS) team is responsible for conducting client interviews, targeted medical record review and documenting the evidence to complete court-approved forms necessary for the litigation process by required deadlines. In this entry level role, the Legal Associate performs moderately complex tasks characterized by identification of specific data in the medical records pursuant to the assigned protocols and conducting in depth phone interviews with clients to guide them through specialized form completion. Highly skilled individuals with an advanced ability to pull together data captured from interviews and comprehensively review medical records to extract the pertinent information needed is essential in this role. This form will directly impact each claimant's eligibility status in each settlement program, therefore, accuracy with this process is vital to ensure that the outcome for each case results in the claimant receiving the highest award value for their alleged injuries.
Essential Job Functions
Accurately and efficiently document evidence from client interviews and medical review into required forms in accordance to program protocols
Comprehensively review all medical record types and apply to program specific protocols
Meet the metrics for quality standards for assigned projects
Complete required trainings specific to each assigned project
Work as team member to meet client weekly and monthly deadlines
Demonstrate flexibility for cross-training to other projects as needed
Independently manage case load from start to finish and meet production metrics
Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet management
