Foam Rail Operator (Manufacturing)

The Foam Rail Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining.
foam rail machines. This includes setting up machines, loading
materials, monitoring production, and troubleshooting problems.
The ideal candidate will have experience with foam manufacturing.
and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate foam rail machines
Load materials into machines
Monitor production and adjust settings as needed
Troubleshoot problems and make repairs as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures.
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Experience running machinery in a manufacturing setting required
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in foam manufacturing preferred
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Demands:
The ability to lift, pull, move and carry up to 50 pounds.
The ability to stand for long periods of time
The ability to work in a noisy environment.
