Corporate Governance Counsel (Legal)

Corporate Governance Counsel is a key role that will take responsibility, both from an operational and strategic standpoint, for corporate secretarial issues relating to Chubb subsidiary companies. The Counsel will provide high quality and commercially attuned services responsive to the business needs of the Chubb companies, primarily but not exclusively focused on those in the United States; ensure that the corporate secretarial function is well positioned and able to assist in the success and performance of the business; provide the US companies with the necessary corporate governance support; and ensure full compliance with all corporate governance and other corporate requests.
The role is part of the Global Corporate Affairs team, which manages corporate governance matters, as well as other corporate legal matters, for Chubb globally.
