Customer Account Specialist (Finance)
Location: Crawfordsville, IN
Salary: $46,500-$55,000

What You'll Do:
- Manage complex book manufacturing and fulfillment projects independently
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure order accuracy across multiple facilities
- Determine materials, scheduling, and outsourcing needs for each job
- Support pricing requests, RFPs, and front-end job engineering
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track
- Mentor new team members and support quality improvement efforts
- Analyze workflows and suggest process improvements
- Degree preferred, or 2-4 years of experience in a production, customer service, or account coordination role
- Solid understanding of manufacturing or fulfillment systems and related software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
- A collaborative spirit and comfort working across departments
