Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Director, the Center Manager for PACE of the Triad has leadership and oversight responsibilities for members of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) functions to assure that plans of care are developed and operationalized in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to participants and support to their caregivers. This position is responsible for oversight of 24-hour care coordination.
