Fulfillment Specialist (Finance)
Summary
Choice Labs, LLC is a rapidly growing medical and recreational cannabis processing center specializing in top-quality cannabis extracts with a solid focus on manufacturing a broad range of high-quality products within our brand and across multiple brand lines. Because of this growth, we are searching for a fulfillment specialist. This position is responsible for Fulfill incoming orders from our sales team and prepare them for shipment to our customers. Audit, organize, and move products throughout the facility as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain and promote a safe working environment by taking appropriate safety precautions and measures.
Fulfill all orders assigned by the shipping department in a timely and efficient manner.
Properly secure and label all totes/pallets for shipment.
Communicate with leadership if any problems arise while performing expected tasks.
Take proper care of work equipment and work area.
Daily interaction with packaging and shipping team's related items as needed.
Assist the Inventory Team as needed.
Expected to rotate and understand all processes of the department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Must be 21 or over (required by law)
Demonstrated Team-Work skills; ability to cooperate and collaborate to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate professionally and effectively to everyone you encounter.
Superior attention to detail.
Critical thinking and strong analytical skills

Education and Experience:
Must be 21 years of age (required by law)
Must be proficient in navigating spreadsheets.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
