Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Willing to Train
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
Language Ability:
Bilingual in English/Spanish a +. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales data and trends. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community.
Math Ability:
Basic math skills with addition, subtraction and multiplication. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advance level of expertise with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of, JDE, & other sales programs. Must be able to operate common office machines.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises 15 or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
· Ability to lift to 60 lbs
· Ability to manage time in a fast-paced industry
· Ability to safely use necessary tools and equipment
· Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
· Candidates must be reliable, responsible, and punctual, with a positive attitude and work well independently and with a team
