Overview
Assist in the development, communication, and leading the assigned product family, in alignment with Division mission, vision and purpose, Division Specialty priorities and overall company priorities.
Manage complete product lifecycle from idea inception to obsolescence.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, QA, QE, Engineering, Operations and other support functions.
Develop and manage the financial health of product lines by setting appropriate pricing threshold, managing margins and cost improvement opportunities.
Demonstrate and maintain an extensive understanding of global market trends, including case volume, the regulatory environment, healthcare economics and the product lifecycle.
Develop and drive the Specialty product pipeline.
Identify and establish design input requirements.
Generate an effective annual global product strategy containing drivers/limiters/enablers and take accountability for the overall success of the business plan.
Lead projects for planned and unplanned product specific events including, but not limited to, backorders and recalls.
Effectively organize and lead activities that maximize productivity and ensure timely project completion. Meet all deadlines for administrative responsibilities such as planning, expense reporting, training modules, forecasts, etc.
Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner.
Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product specific requirements are met.
Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Ability to travel internationally, domestically and weekends as needed up to 50%.
Work under general office environmental conditions.
Proof of FDA authorized COVID19 vaccination is required for this position.
