PURPOSE OF POSITION

To support the general labor services (litter, cleaning.)

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Laborer / Porter-- job will be outside majority of the time! Must have experience working outdoors. Must have a valid Driver License. Clean fleet vehicles with power washer, brush and water.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Perform labor duties as required

· Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties

· Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted

· Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record

· Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests

· Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely

· Available to work hours Monday through Saturday

· Ability to work overnight shifts & weekends

· Complete tasks as required by management

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

· Ability to follow directions and read maps

· Valid Driver's License

· Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual

dexterity required. Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending as required
