Remote - HR Shared Services Representative (Biotech)
ABS Kids has an exciting primarily remote opportunity for an HR Shared Services Representative to join our team.
Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.
Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Experience the fun side of HR!
- Meet new people by coordinating onboarding with new employees
- Gather information and documentation for new hires
- Answer general questions concerning the company
- Collaborate with other fantastic corporate employees regarding new and existing employee changes
- Assist with career path changes (i.e. promotions) for existing employees
- Perform clerical duties
- Assist with offboarding

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience in Human Resources, onboarding or similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System and/ or HRIS system is helpful but not required
