Enterprise Systems Administrator (Finance)
Manage day to day system configuration to support 4A's practice area needs and requirements
Train and support 4A's staff in the use of enterprise systems consistent with standard operating procedures
Troubleshoot system configurations and settings to support unique requests from 4A's staff in the execution of regular and emerging business needs
Design, maintain, and adjust reports and database queries to drive and support regular operations
Ensure high levels of data quality through consistent adherence to data quality policies and procedures
Support the organization's transition from Community Brands netFORUM to Nimble AMS and Salesforce Sales Cloud
Specific Tasks:
Create queries for email marketing
Create queries for membership support team and others for insight into member/non-member status and activity
Main contact for enterprise systems support. Troubleshoot all AMS system issues related to:
Event registration
Website registration and AMS-related website issues
Higher Logic / Real Magnet
Support system configurations for member dues collection
Manage system enhancements and changes on a small scale
Advise on enterprise system integration projects (e.g., Learning Management System, our data lake, Real Magnet/Higher Logic) and assist in implementation
Monitor & resolve support tickets from our website
Create and help institutionalize standard operating procedures, business rules, logic & processes via regular training
Maintain direct, timely and appropriate communication with staff regarding data updates, new/lost member activity
Ensure holding company activity, acquisitions, network agency structures, etc. are current in the database. Keep staff informed of any changes
