POSITION SCOPE: ÂResponsible for balancing and auditing all incoming paperwork and liability to insure that it complies with Loomis and customer requirements. Overall supervision of operational activities as directed by the CMS Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ï¶Â ÂResponsible for reviewing daily CMS paperwork for accuracy.
ï¶Â ÂReport cases of inaccurate paperwork to CMS Management.
ï¶Â ÂFollow up with CMS Management for consistency in paperwork procedures.
ï¶Â ÂGenerate customer paperwork on a daily basis.
ï¶Â ÂCreate and maintain customer file records.
ï¶Â ÂProvide customer service to include research and resolution of all imbalances.
ï¶Â ÂMaintain required compliance with all Loomis policies and procedures.
ï¶Â ÂMaintain ANCMS files.
ï¶Â ÂMaintain ATM discrepancy files.
ï¶Â ÂOther duties as assigned

ï¶Â ÂCompliance with all Corporate, Division, and Branch policies.
ï¶Â ÂResponsiveness to events and issues involving operating effectiveness, efficiency, and policies and procedures.
ï¶Â ÂModeling appropriate behaviors; and regular observation/monitoring of route activities and crew needs.
