Customer Advocacy Manager (Finance)
As part of the customer advocacy team, you will help plan and execute the creation of a diverse range of customer stories. This role will focus on identifying and securing customers for testimonials and aligning them with the activity that best fits.
We are looking for a well-rounded individual who can see their role as a critical aspect of the Customer Advocacy program and process. This individual will need to manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills. Candidates should like working with fast-paced and agile teams. You will work closely with sales and customer engagement to identify and communicate with customers. You will be responsible for identifying customers who are willing to share their stories.
You are passionate about customer advocacy and telling customer stories. You understand that our customers are our best marketing asset and can be resilient in working with sales teams in order to achieve success. You are a great communicator and personable and feel confident building fruitful relationships with internal stakeholders.
