Director Facilities (Project Management)
Minimum Job Requirements:
Oversees and directs departmental activities to ensure quality services for both internal and external customers. Serves as a resource to and collaborates with others to advance the hospital mission. Plans, programs, and directs all facilities management services including capital construction and renovation projects, repairs and maintenance of all utility systems, buildings and grounds infrastructure upgrades, prepares long-range facilities master plan information. Directs facility planning, design, and selected construction process; and arranges for the preparation and presentation of materials and information concerning capital projects. Ensures facilities comply with licensure and regulatory requirements. Responsible for the talent and culture of the Facilities team, promoting collaboration and transparency.
