Security Site Manager (Project Management)

Were rapidly expanding our Logistics Division andhiring a Site Manager in Mt. Vernon with an annual salary of $55,000 and 2 Weeks PTO! The Site Manager's primary function is managing on-site personnel and overseeing daily functions. The Site Manager is also the liaison between our company and the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Function as an "on-site manager covering a 40-hour schedule weekly.Provides on-site leadership for the company personnel assigned to the facility.Acts as the principle contact for client management at the facility.The hiring, supervision, training, scheduling and development of all company personnel assigned to the facility.Achieving performance metrics established by the client for the functions performed by the on-site personnel.Oversee the performance of internal programs, policies and reporting.Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and our management.Maintain communication protocols that provide a productive client relationship.Consistently deliver a service that exceeds client expectations.Maintain all patrol vehicles/golf carts and equipment utilized in performance of the functions at the facility.Manage emergency response and other tasks required by senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and multi-tasking skills requiredAbility to interact in the work environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management.High School DiplomaValid Active Guard Card
