As a caregiver, you'll be a daily source of comfort, encouragement, and support for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with meals and light housekeeping
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health or behavior
- Creating a safe, clean, and joyful environment
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
- Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements
