The Role
ITHAKA is looking for an analytical, socially savvy Digital Marketing Manager to effectively reflect our mission, express our values, and promote our services through our websites, SEO/SEM, and social channels. You will combine your understanding in inbound marketing strategies and content marketing fundamentals to develop and execute programs that enhance our brand, expand organic discovery, build strong social communities, and improve conversions to product trial and use.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will operate as both strategist and tactician for overall search and social initiatives and collaborate with other marketers and an agency partner to build, optimize and deploy ITHAKA's digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a team to define meaningful targets and achieve key results.
Ideally, you should possess a background and hands-on experience in all areas of marketing: SEO, SEM, Paid and Organic Social, ABM, Paid sponsorships, and Conversion Rate Optimization. As our in-house subject-matter-expert on digital marketing, you have an opportunity to coach and consult with your peers and colleagues to elevate our collective impact and the responsibility to achieve organizational objectives and key results.
This role reports to the Director, Integrated Marketing Campaigns, collaborates closely with departmental and cross-functional partners, leverages external development resources, and helps oversee the work of a digital marketing agency.

The pay range for this position is ($90,000 - $100,000) per year. Base pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market location, and geography.
