Implementation Project Managers are responsible for the development, coordination, and completion of assigned implementations/projects. The Implementation Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the client when planning and implementing Elekta solutions, working towards ensuring a timely, quality and under budget implementation. The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for building client relationships and maintaining client satisfaction during and after the implementation. The Implementation Project Manager will work closely with other Elekta teams to schedule resources to complete the required tasks. The success of the Implementation Project Manager relies strongly on his/her ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations with everyone involved in the implementation.

 Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage small to large-scale implementation projects across medical device and clinical software domains.
  • Own customer communication, act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and support customers to ensure timely and successful implementation of Elekta solutions.
  • Proactively influence and steer project direction in alignment with Elekta's standards and targets.
  • Oversee project financials, including backlog conversion and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with account management and sales teams to forecast, prioritize, and plan upcoming implementations.
  • Maintain and update internal CRM and documentation systems with project status and site-specific data.
  • Analyze installations to prioritize project schedules based on product mix and revenue.
  • Continuously improve implementation processes, documentation, and playbooks for efficiency and customer experience.
  • Assist in proposal generation and documentation tailored to customer needs.
  • Represent and uphold Elekta values in all customer and internal engagements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Experience with clinical software and/or capital equipment implementations strongly preferred.
  • Clinical or healthcare background desirable; experience in radiation therapy system implementations is a plus.
  • PMP certification preferred (required for further career progression).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident, assertive project leadership with a customer-first mindset.
  • Adept at building consensus and delivering results across diverse teams.
  • Highly resourceful with problem-solving skills and initiative.

The US base salary range for this position is $115-$125K
