The Digital team within our International Insurance division functions as a Center of Excellence, that is responsible for assessing emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms and potential partnerships and for building digital products – that transform the way we do business and how we serve our customers. Our team consists of digital product managers who collaborate with digital and technology teams in our international markets to build creative digital solutions in an agile way.

Job Description:
This Vice President position will work directly for the Emerging Market VP of Digital Solutions at Prudential International. This individual will bring both large company leadership and startup mentality experience with demonstrated competency in both. S/he should have worked extensively in agile product organizations with demonstrated success directing and motivating remote teams and delivering large scale digital programs. Although based in the US, this role will interface with local country leaders, customers and business partners in the United States, Latin America and Asia. Financial services and insurance experience strongly preferred.
Our desired candidate will be a digital business leader with experience building digital products across mobile, web and desktop from conception to delivery, drive a customer centric approach and tie delivery to superior business results by leveraging digital and data capabilities through various touch points and across channels. She/he will lead teams of employees and contractors in multiple geographies and oversee product, marketing, data and digital technology efforts to deliver strong outcomes for the businesses.

Subject expertise: Strong technology, digital product management and agile development skills. Ability to apply data-driven capabilities and decision-making to drive business results. Experience in financial services or related industries a plus. Ability to think innovatively and out of the box.
Requirements:
Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.
Salary range specific to Colorado: $180,000-240,000 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
