The Temporary Turn Associate will provide temporary assistance during turn. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate will be able to solve problems quickly and courteously, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, has a strong understanding of office work, willing to learn, be self- motivated and a willingness to address issues as they arise.

Roles and Responsibilities
The duties listed below are an outline of the responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the community change, these duties may be modified as needed. Conduct all tasks necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining the model, and traffic follow up.Understand the housing contract and all related addendums and be able to clearly communicate to residents, prospective residents, and parents all relative information.Ensure confidentiality of client, resident and company information.Participate in all move-in and move-out related activities, including inspections and trash-outs.Assist with roommate matching, transfers, move-ins, and move-outs.Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.Properly handle package couriers such as UPS, DHL, Amazon, FedEx, for the residents and ensure correct delivery to the residents.Understand and adhere to Fair Housing laws.Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.Perform housekeeping duties as needed.Perform related duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
