Sales & Move In Coordinator (Marketing)



*Tuesday thru Saturday schedule*

The Sales and Move In Coordinator is a key member of the community relations team, supporting the growth of our independent living, assisted living and memory care residents in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM). This position is responsible for community outreach, networking event planning, organic lead generation, and supporting the sales team with additional administrative and marketing tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, highly motivated, and has a passion for serving seniors and their families.
KEY POSITION-SPECIFIC ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES, in collaboration with and directive from the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Outreach & Community Engagement:
· Build and maintain relationships with local referral sources, including, but not limited to, hospitals, physicians, senior centers, churches, and community organizations.
· Schedule, attend, and represent the community at health fairs, senior expos, networking events, and community service activities.
· Develop and maintain an organic referral pipeline and track outreach efforts in the CRM system.
· Organize and facilitate community tours, open houses, and promotional events with direction from DSM.
Sales Administration:
· Respond promptly and compassionately to inquiries from prospective residents and families as a back up to the DSM.
· Assist in scheduling tours, follow-ups, and documentation for prospects.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
· Support move-in coordination, collection of required move in paperwork, and assisting in the resident move in process processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Gerontology, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
· 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or senior living preferred.
· Knowledge of independent living, assisted living, and memory care services is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Welcome Home CRM software preferred.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Working Conditions:
· Position requires frequent local travel to engage with the community and referral sources.
· Occasional evening and weekend work required for events and outreach efforts.
· Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
