The GBTS Senior Director of Solutions (SDS) is the primary facilitator of GBTS client and prospect solutions framework, proposals, technology solutions, implementations and overall content. The SDS is responsible for the team that provides all solutions support, analysis and documentation of user requirements and procedures across GBTS functions. The Solutions team works to provide new solutions and enhancements, increase production support to customers, automate processing or improve existing business processes and associated business applications. This role will manage relationships with the business management team, external vendors, internal software development, infrastructure and project management teams in providing system solutions and support.
The SDS is responsible for understanding the breadth of GBTS lines of business, products and solutions offered and the available technology landscape. They will collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs and proposal management to facilitate and help craft custom solutions.
A successful SDS is someone with extremely strong leadership, technology, communication, organization and interpersonal skills; and a demonstrated expertise in designing business solutions and process workflows. This role will be held accountable for supporting GBTS in meeting their financial, growth and operational goals.
