HR Governance and Process Analyst (Finance)
The HR Governance and Process Analyst oversees a portfolio of HR projects and leads cross-functional HR process improvement projects to reduce waste, mistake-proof processes and improve customer satisfaction. They support the Sr. HR Governance Analyst and Four-Eyes for associate and position data configuration. Together with the Sr. HR Governance Analyst, they proactively work to ensure SAP data quality. The HR Governance and Process Analyst assists Compensation Analysts with job evaluations, including grading, market pricing (salary band assignment) and survey submissions. The HR Governance and Process Analyst is responsible for the annual Salary and Bonus planning process, from system configuration through planning.
You will lead the SuccessFactors configuration project for annual Salary and Bonus planning process and will create test plans and conduct system testing to ensure system functions as designed. You will support the execution of Salary and Bonus planning processes, including communications, training, manager planning support, and data integrity audits. You will also assist with job evaluations, including grading, market pricing and survey submissions.
